Fernanda Morello

Fernanda Morello

Fernanda Morello belongs to the great pianistic tradition of her native Buenos Aires, distinguishing herself with a unique artistic profile that critics have described as "one of the most personal voices of the Argentine piano".

Her work, focused on both solo repertoire and chamber music, has led her to Argentina’s most prestigious stages—including the Teatro Colón, Palacio Libertad (CCK), and Usina del Arte—as well as concert halls in Uruguay, Spain, the United States, Germany, and Australia.

Her extensive discography, featuring over twelve titles, has been honored with the Gardel Prize.

A leading figure in interdisciplinary dialogue, Morello projects her artistic vision as both pianist and producer. Under this premise, she has conceived high-impact "concert-performances" that weave music and narrative together, such as El Bello Excéntrico, Memorias de la Luz, De pronto la noche, and the recent Mi querido señor Mozart, presented in venues ranging from the Teatro Colón to the Teatro Picadero. Since 2020, she has applied this expertise to the private sector as the Artistic Producer of Conciertos R, for which she has designed and executed over 50 productions.

As a soloist, she collaborates with Argentina’s most prominent orchestras, performing a broad spectrum of repertoire including concertos by Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Ravel, and Schumann, along with fundamental works by De Falla, Gershwin, and Fauré, among others.

Her profile is completed by a profound dedication to education as a mentor to new generations of musicians, holding chairs in Piano and Chamber Music at the National University of the Arts (UNA) and the Astor Piazzolla Conservatory in Buenos Aires.
